Tool · Illustrative model
Organic Acquisition Funnel Explorer
Enter your organic clicks and the share of each stage that reaches the next. The explorer rounds each stage to whole people, shows the overall yield and the weakest step, and exports everything to CSV. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
Adjust conversion rates to model different scenarios
Each rate is a share of the stage before it. Counts are rounded at every stage. Illustrative model, not measured data.

The file lists your inputs, each step rate, every rounded count and the limits of the model. Cells that start with = + - or @ are escaped so spreadsheets treat them as text.
How the model works
Each rate is a step rate: the share of the previous stage that reaches this one. The explorer multiplies the previous count by the rate and rounds to the nearest whole person before moving on, so the counts always add up to people rather than fractions. With the default inputs, 100,000 clicks become 68,000 landing visits, 12,240 registrations, 8,690 verified accounts, 4,171 first-time depositors and 2,544 retained accounts. The denominators guide works through the same example by hand.
What the inputs accept
- Clicks: whole numbers from 0 to 10,000,000.
- Rates: 0 to 100, with up to one decimal place.
- Empty, negative, non-numeric or out-of-range values show a message beside the field, and the counts stop updating until the value is fixed. The model never guesses a value for you.
What it does not do
The explorer does not know your market, product, attribution window or consent rate. It does not predict traffic, revenue or profit, and its default inputs are illustrative values chosen to make the arithmetic visible, not industry figures. Use it to see how a change at one step flows through the rest, then check the idea against your own measured data.
Questions
Where do the default rates come from?
They are illustrative inputs chosen to make the arithmetic easy to follow. They are not averages, benchmarks or data from any operator.
Can I send my inputs to a colleague?
Yes. The explorer accepts clicks and rates in the page address, for example ?clicks=50000&land=60®=20, which is how the scenario library opens it. A link built that way opens the same model, and nothing is stored on a server.
Is anything I enter stored or sent?
No. The calculation runs in your browser, and the CSV is created on your device.
